What, how, when & why?

Over the past weeks we have been testing various hypothesis, validated them and planned new tests to run. We started by discovering a need we had ourself and believed that others maybe felt the same. We created different hypotheses and started conducting interview after interview. When validating that there is a need in the market for gardening, we made new hypotheses for how people want to get the help and what this help will consist of. We did this by making an A/B testing with different framing of our product and saw which one got the most subscribers. Further, we did the same for price and for features for the app. We still do not feel confident about price and features for the app, and decided therefore to create a survey based on new hypotheses, to gather better insights on this. A lot of the testing is an ongoing process which we are still gathering information about in order to validate them, and many new tests based on new and old hypotheses will be made for the future.
